As the market is super-fast we talk to promising candidates everyday. Maybe your candidate needs to be found or is in our process of testing at the moment, already - if you cannot see the perfect match directly on our side - please let us know for whom you are searching.

The market is kind of crazy at the moment - good people are hired super-fast - so we are, and have to be super-fast as well.

Workflow and Costs
We find your candidate
If we are searching for a candidate it takes us 1-3 weeks. We need information from you about the timeframe, starting-date, required skill set and some more details.
As we are constantly testing and interviewing new people for our existing pool -> please be ready for the next step!
This process is free of cost.
Interview and Testing
After you have checked out the CV`s and intro-videos of the candidates you can choose whom you want to interview - also you can provide your own test-task if you want to!
This process is free of cost.
Contract
We will prepare the contract between us and the contract between us and the developer - including an NDA.
You will only pay for the worked hours of the developer. We will do all paper-work for you and you will only receive a monthly invoice. Get more information about the workflow here.
Pricing
The hourly rates of our developers are depending on the seniority and skill set of the person. Also if you want to hire for example from Germany, the prices will be higher than in other parts of the world.

CEO Welf GmbH
Sebastian and his Co-CEO Reza are experts for Artificial Intelligence Projects. They place sole developers in existing teams or they are organizing the whole process and project-team to create and built your tech-future-vision.
As Reza is an AI developer on Senior Level himself, and Sebastian is in the IT-branch for over a decade - those two have the expertise to find the best AI developers or to consult you with an ongoing process - or to organize an AI-team for you.
